Revenue Relay

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.


2. Services Provided

Revenue Relay provides:

  • AI receptionist systems

  • Automated follow-up systems

  • CRM setup and management

  • Ongoing system maintenance and optimization

  • Social media marketing and lead generation

All services are delivered as a done-for-you agency solution.


3. Eligibility

  • Services are available to businesses only

  • Users must be at least 18 years old


4. Payment Terms

  • Services require a setup fee and monthly retainer

  • Pricing is customized per client

  • Setup fees are non-refundable

Prepaid Plans:

If services are terminated early:

  • Charges will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate (non-discounted)

  • Any remaining balance will be refunded


5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

We reserve the right to terminate immediately, without refund, if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Systems are tampered with

  • Services are abused


6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use services only for lawful purposes

  • Not abuse or misuse AI systems

  • Not engage in spam or harmful activities

  • Not interfere with systems implemented by Revenue Relay

Violation may result in termination without refund.


7. Intellectual Property

  • Revenue Relay retains ownership of all systems, workflows, and technology

  • Clients retain ownership of their data

  • AI-generated outputs are owned by Revenue Relay unless otherwise agreed


8. AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete results

  • Outputs must be reviewed by a human before use

  • Revenue Relay is not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs


9. No Guarantees

Revenue Relay does not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead generation outcomes

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Revenue Relay shall not be liable for:

  • Missed calls

  • Lost revenue

  • Errors or inaccuracies

  • Service interruptions


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenue Relay from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the services

  • Your business operations

  • Your misuse of AI systems


12. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply based on:

  • Usage levels

  • AI processing volume

  • Expanded service scope

These will be disclosed as applicable.


13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of the State of Florida

  • All disputes must first go through mediation before legal action


14. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify services

  • Update pricing

  • Improve systems

With reasonable notice where applicable.

16. Client Responsibility for Communications Compliance

Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all communications initiated, sent, or facilitated through Revenue Relay’s services—including but not limited to phone calls, SMS messages, emails, and automated outreach—comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • Any applicable state, federal, or international privacy or communications laws


a. Consent Requirements

Client represents and warrants that:

  • All recipients of communications have provided valid, documented consent where required

  • Contact lists used are lawfully obtained and compliant with applicable regulations

  • Proper opt-in and opt-out mechanisms are in place and honored


b. Use of Contact Data

Client is solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of all contact data provided

  • Ensuring that no prohibited, purchased, scraped, or non-compliant lists are used

  • Maintaining records of consent where required


c. Opt-Out and Do-Not-Contact Compliance

Client agrees to:

  • Honor all opt-out requests promptly

  • Maintain and enforce internal do-not-contact lists

  • Ensure that individuals who opt out are not contacted again

Revenue Relay is not responsible for failures in client compliance with opt-out requirements.


d. Content Responsibility

Client is solely responsible for all messaging content, including:

  • Claims made in messages

  • Offers, promotions, or representations

  • Compliance with advertising and marketing laws

Revenue Relay does not review or approve all content and assumes no liability for such content.


e. No Legal Advice

Revenue Relay does not provide legal advice regarding compliance with communication or marketing laws. Client is encouraged to consult legal counsel regarding their obligations.


f. Indemnification for Communications

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenue Relay from any and all claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from:

  • Unauthorized or unlawful communications

  • Lack of proper consent

  • Violations of applicable communication laws

  • Improper use of contact data


g. Right to Suspend Services

Revenue Relay reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if it reasonably believes that Client is engaging in unlawful, non-compliant, or high-risk communication practices.
